How Parsely Works

  1. Share a menu

Paste a restaurant's menu URL, snap a photo, or upload a PDF. Parsely accepts any format.

  2. AI analyzes every dish

Claude AI reads the menu, identifies ingredients, and classifies each dish as vegan, vegetarian, or non-veg. It also detects hidden animal ingredients like gelatin, dashi, and lard.

  3. See your options

Browse a filtered, color-coded view of the menu. Each dish shows a confidence score so you know when to ask your server.

  4. Watch for warnings

Dishes flagged with a warning may contain hidden animal ingredients — Caesar dressing with anchovies, miso soup with dashi, desserts with gelatin. Parsely catches what menus don't tell you.
