What Parsely does
Parsely uses AI to analyze restaurant menus and classify dishes as vegan, vegetarian, or non-vegetarian. It also flags dishes that may contain hidden animal-derived ingredients.
Not medical or dietary advice
Parsely's classifications are AI-generated estimates. They are not guaranteed to be accurate. Menus change, ingredients vary by location, and AI can make mistakes.
Always verify with restaurant staff, especially if you have food allergies, intolerances, or strict dietary requirements. Parsely is a discovery tool, not a substitute for asking your server.
Confidence scores
Each dish includes a confidence level (high, medium, or low). A “low” confidence score means the AI is uncertain — treat it as “ask your server” rather than a classification.
Limitation of liability
Parsely is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any adverse reactions, health issues, or other consequences resulting from reliance on the classifications provided by this tool.
Acceptable use
- Use Parsely for personal menu scanning only.
- Do not use automated scripts to make bulk API requests.
- Do not attempt to extract or abuse the API key.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Parsely after changes constitutes acceptance.
